Intermediality & Transmediality. Crossing Thresholds for 21st Century Literary Theory<p>We are delighted to announce the launch of the first <span class="caps">ASETEL</span> International Doctoral Summer School 2019. Intermediality & Transmediality. Crossing Thresholds for 21st Century Literary Theory (Granada, Spain, 11-18 September), organized by Domingo Sánchez-Mesa in collaboration with the International Graduate School of University of Granada and the Spanish Association of Literary Theory (<span class="caps">ASETEL</span>).</p>
<p>The School welcomes applications from PhD students working in the areas of literary theory as well as intermedia and transmedia studies. The Summer School will consist of 8 days with lectures and workshops by internationally renowned scholars including Jan Baetens (KU Leuven), Espen Aarseth (IT University Copenhagen), Darío Villanueva (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, <span class="caps">RAE</span>), Rui Torres (Universidade Fernando Pessoa Porto), Meri Torras (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), Antonio Sánchez Trigueros (Universidad de Granada), Anxo Abuín (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela), Ana Casas (Universidad de Alcalá), David Roas (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), Domingo Sánchez-Mesa (Universidad de Granada), Antonio Chicharro (Universidad de Granada), Francisco Linares (Universidad de Granada), María José Sánchez Montes (Universidad de Granada), Andrés Soria Olmedo (Universidad de Granada), Jordi Alberich-Pascual (Universidad de Granada).</p>
